1. Order Processing Time

In-stock retail items:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items:
Production time is typically 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

During peak seasons or special releases, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship via:

• USPS
• UPS
• Other major carriers as available

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Typical domestic delivery ranges:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier service interruptions
• Weather events
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Circumstances outside our control


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier-confirmed deliveries.


8. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is selected, customers will receive notification when their order is ready.

Pickup must be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
